Marvin L. May, 91 of Longwood at Oakmont passed away on Tuesday, February 23, 2016. Born On July 21, 1924 in Beaver Falls, he was a son of the late Curtis and Thelma May. Dear Husband of Gladys P. May. Loving Father of John Allen May. Grandfather of Erin May, Matthew (Edvina) May, Tyler (Elizabeth) May, Shelby May, and Hannah May. Great-Grandfather of Hugh and Jackson May. Uncle of Helen Heney, Thelma Brown, Charles Zahn, Jane Sieberts, Ruth Estep, and Dorothy Johnson. Brother-in-law of Helen Storland. Brother of the late Louise Zahn. Marvin was a graduate of Penn State University and worked as an engineer at Swindel Dressler for many years. He was a very active participant in the activities at Longwood at Oakmont and was also a member of the Parian Masonic Lodge in Beaver Falls for 50 years. Marvin proudly served our country in the US Army Air Corps during World War II as an officer.
