McIntyre, Mildred V.




Mildred V. McIntyre, 93, formerly of Verona, went home with the Lord on Wednesday, Oct. 5, 2016, at Harmar Village. She was the beloved wife of the late Guy McIntyre Sr.; beloved mother of the late Harry McIntyre and Guy "Marshall" McIntyre; mother-in-law of Ruth McIntyre, of New Kensington; sister of Betty Williams, of Ohio, Edna Hysong, of Greensburg, and the late Carl and John Way; also nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren survive. Mildred will be remembered as a loving individual who lived for her family and her faith in God. The family thanks the staff of Harmar Village for their many years of care and love for Mildred. Friends and relatives will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at BURKET-TRUBY FUNERAL HOME CREMATION & ALTERNATIVE SERVICES INC., 421 Allegheny Ave., Oakmont. Services at 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home with the Rev. J. Victor Fisk, pastor of Trinity Fellowship Church, officiating. Interment will follow in Lakewood Memorial Gardens. Memorials may be made to a mission or church of one's choice.
